📦 Return & Exchange Policy – Brand Dija

At Brand Dija, your satisfaction matters to us. That’s why we offer a simple and flexible exchange policy.

🔄 Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be:

      1-    Unused and in original condition

      2-   Unwashed and with original tags and packaging

We offer size or color exchanges for the same product, if available.

💸 Returns

• Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery and in the presence of our courier.
• Returns are only possible in cases of:

         1-  Wrong item received

         2-  Visible damage or defect in the product

Once the courier leaves, we cannot process any return requests.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the mistake was from our side.
